Every three months, the AF Dinner Club is hosted by a different celebrated restaurant in Brisbane.
Chefs craft an exclusive, themed tasting menu that highlights a specific aspect of France's diverse gastronomic heritage. Courses are thoughtfully paired with wines that complement and enhance the flavours of each dish.

This month, it's a Christmas Special! Instead of a dinner, join us for a festive Sunday long lunch and celebrate the end of the year with a classic French Noël feast.
The team at DUCKFAT have crafted a decadent 10-course banquet menu inspired by a traditional French réveillon banquet. Enjoy a sumptuous spread of delicacies to start, including French Christmas essentials: foie gras, salmon gravlax and oysters. Followed by not one, but two main course dishes with seasonal accompaniments, bringing a touch of traditional countryside charm infused with innovative twists. Finally, a trio of refreshing desserts completes the meal, including a flambéed frozen yule log. Carefully picked French wines will perfectly complement this Christmas banquet feast.

Head Chef Samuel Perrin trained under the esteemed, 3-Michelin Star chef Alain Ducasse. His experience with Ducasse,
along with over 25 years working alongside globally renowned chefs in Paris and Switzerland, has shaped Samuel’s culinary
vision.
Rooted in tradition and innovation, Samuel’s approach pays homage to his heritage while delivering modern French dishes infused with

Co-founders Simon Lambert and Behrooz Farahnakian bring their combined expertise and passion for top-tier culinary
